Hi there everyone, I just wanted to share a simple platter that is filled with protein, it’s a great platter for company, especially if you have friends coming over they are paying attention to low carbs. It’s got a little bit of everything so everyone has an option.
- I basically made my baked kale chips (this batch was a little bitter so I sprinkled a little brown sugar on it…YUM)
- I made a basic egg frittata with leeks and shallots (no cream or cheese) and herbs
- I steamed some asparagus
- I made an edamame dip
- I purchased flax seed chips
- Added some baby carrots
- And to finish it all off, I added red grapes
The platter was not only healthy but look at how beautiful it came out as well 🙂
It’s a simple, elegant and a healthy protein platter that all will love…
